Held on May 30, 2025, at the Contemplation Room, D+A Campus, the activity promoted marine conservation and raised awareness of the threats facing Philippine seas, particularly plastic pollution. The program featured ALON: A Documentary Film Viewing, which highlighted marine litter issues; Trash Talk: A Focus Group Discussion on Plastic Waste, which encouraged reflection on the impacts of plastic pollution and the importance of responsible waste management; and Engage: A Fun Trivia Game, which challenged participants’ knowledge of marine ecosystems and ocean conservation in an interactive way. Through these activities, the initiative encouraged group of students from the organization, Greenergy, to take an active role in protecting marine biodiversity and reducing plastic waste, in celebration of the Month of the Ocean.
