The Social Responsibility and Outreach Program (SROP) Caravan, under the Center for Deaf Esteem and Formation (CDEAF), is designed to build partnerships with public schools serving Deaf students. This initiative provides teacher training, barangay orientations, and inclusive education workshops such as “Understanding Filipino Sign Language: The SDEAS Caravan 2023.” Conducted at Bagong Ilog Elementary School, the program equips educators and local leaders with strategies to support Deaf learners effectively. It also aims to form long-term partnerships with institutions nationwide to strengthen Deaf education and inclusion. The said activity was held last July 17, 18, and 19, 2023 from 9:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M.
