On June 26–27, 2024, at the ULI Library, 10th Floor, DLSU–Rufino Campus, Ms. Joan Diñoso was invited to serve as one of the Technical Advisory Panel (TAP) members for the Study on the Condominium Redevelopment of the Makati Commercial Estate.
This initiative aims to create a model framework for condominium redevelopment that can be adopted for similar urban renewal efforts across the country. The panel included experts in the built environment, among them Mr. Carlos Rufino, a distinguished member of Benilde’s Board of Advisers.
Ms. Diñoso’s participation underscores Benilde’s contribution to sustainable urban development, innovative land use planning, and industry-academe collaboration in shaping resilient and inclusive cities.
