11 Dec 2023 I Eight designers. Eight new products.
Eight students from the first term SY 2023-2024 batch exhibited their final thesis projects last December 11 under the theme “Design Enclave: Thesis Exhibit showcases works made by DLS-CSB’s Industrial Design program.” The product concepts covered industries from animals, safety, and medical industries.
The event was overseen by Thesis 3 Adviser Ms Christine Escobar, and was graced by Program Chairperson Romeo Catap Jr, School of Environment and Design Dean Harvey Vasquez, and Vice Chancellor for Academics Angelo Lacson.
The exhibit was open to the public from December 11 up to 15 at the 5th Floor exhibit hall of the Industrial Design wing of the De La Salle College of Saint Benilde Design + Arts Campus. Winning Best Thesis for batch was Louis Tejada for his thesis a Design of a Collection Device Used to Trap Rice Black Bugs or Alitangya in Rice-Producing Provinces of Central Luzon.
