SDEAS caters to SDEAS Volunteer Group not only in teaching service to the community but also forms them in a holistic way. The SDEAS Volunteers’ teambuilding aims to promote camaraderie and commitment through teamwork, cooperation, time and resource management, and responsibility/accountability. Afterwhich, a pledge of commitment was made to guide them in their personal mission and advocacy.
The team building aims to foster camaraderie, team work, and cooperation and hone them to become servant leaders who are deeply guided by the Lasallian Benildean Core Values and Expressions. The team building is held annually during the 2nd term.
