The HEAEDUC course and its student-led projects empower Deaf students to evaluate and improve their personal health and lifestyle habits. Through self-assessment activities, reflective essays, and FSL video projects, participants explore physical, mental, and “Deaf Wellness.” These initiatives cultivate awareness about nutrition, hygiene, mental health, and emotional balance, preparing students to make informed and sustainable choices that enhance their overall well-being.
