The campaign reinforces Benilde’s Policy on Single-Use Plastics Ban, further advancing the College’s commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship. Through the Say Vamoose to Plastic Use! campaign, Benilde promotes the reduction and elimination of single-use plastics on campus.
The initiative encourages the Benildean community to adopt sustainable alternatives, such as using reusable tumblers, food containers, and eco-bags, as well as compostable packaging and cutlery in place of disposable plastic items. By integrating these simple yet impactful practices into daily routines, Benilde aims to build a culture of environmental responsibility and conscious consumption within the campus.
