The Rochester Institute of Technology / National Technical Institute for the Deaf (RIT/NTID) and De La Salle College of Saint Benilde, specifically with the School of Deaf Education and Applied Studies have a long-standing partnership dedicated to advancing education and employment opportunities for Deaf and hard of hearing individuals. Through collaborative initiatives such as the Deaf GROW Project and the development of the Center on Employment at CSB, the partnership focuses on capacity-building, research, and industry engagement to promote Deaf inclusion in the workforce. Together, RIT/NTID and DLS-CSB work to strengthen sustainable systems that empower Deaf communities, enhance employability, and promote inclusive workplaces both locally and globally.
