The Real Estate Management (REM) Program organized a 4-day comprehensive review for students preparing to take the Real Estate Brokers Licensure Examination, held from April 5 to 13, 2024. The review was made more enriching through the participation of 10 partner companies, whose representatives served as guest speakers, sharing both technical knowledge and industry insights with the students.
This collaboration not only strengthened the students’ preparation for the licensure exam but also provided valuable exposure to current trends, challenges, and opportunities within the Philippine real estate industry. The activity exemplifies how academe–industry partnerships can enhance student learning, foster professional growth, and support readiness for practice in the dynamic real estate sector.
