The Real Estate Management (REM) program actively participated in the 6th Research Congress of the South Manila Educational Consortium (SMEC) held on February 22–23, 2025, at Prince Hotel, Malate, Manila. During the event, Program Chairperson Ms. Joana Diñoso presented a research paper titled “Framework and Feasibility Study on Corporate Staff Housing”, which explores sustainable development strategies in the real estate sector. The study highlights innovative approaches to corporate housing that balance economic viability with environmental and social considerations, contributing to the body of knowledge in real estate sustainable development.
