On July 8, 2024, De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde School of Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management (SHRIM) hosted a delegation from La Salle Papua New Guinea for their second benchmarking visit. The group composed of administrators Ms. Rose Polume, Ms. Paula Bomai, Mr. Tom A’afa, Mr. Chalpari Pongi, and Br. Raffy Reyes FSC revisited SHRIM to gain deeper insights into its curriculum design, instructional approaches (including BigSky LMS), laboratories, and internship programs.
