The live recruitment fair at De La Salle College of Saint Benilde-SHRIM introduced students to Montage International’s 12-month J1 Intern and Trainee programs. Attendees learned about exciting opportunities at Montage’s luxury properties in the U.S., including Palmetto Bluff, Pendry Park City, Montage Deer Valley, and Montage Big Sky.
The event featured an orientation, a kitchen test for culinary applicants, and one-on-one interviews. Participants gained insights into the program’s benefits, including hands-on experience, professional development, housing, meals, and cultural exchange. This program offers SHRIM students a unique opportunity to advance their hospitality careers.
