Climate action is everyone’s responsibility. The efforts of local government units (LGUs) must be strengthened and complemented by active community participation. In the Province of Nueva Ecija, the Climate Change Commission (CCC) is promoting inclusivity in its capacity-building activities by integrating Filipino Sign Language (FSL) into its programs and projects.
