The Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners (ICIF) Talk is designed to showcase the ICIF culinary academy and the valuable skills students can acquire upon acceptance. Through firsthand accounts from Piero Sassone, ICIF’s president, and Benilde alumni who have completed their training at ICIF, the event highlights the unique learning opportunities available.This initiative also aims to strengthen Benilde’s partnership with ICIF to secure more slots for future international internships for SHRIM students. The ICIF Talk, in collaboration with ICIF, presents a potential international pathway for students considering their off-site PRACTICUM 2. Through this program, Chefs in Progress (CHIP) offers students a glimpse into the enriching experiences awaiting them should they choose to pursue internship in Italy
