Dr. Alma Galvez and Dr. Marivic Basilio of De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde Antipolo, proudly represented the institution at the Asian Conference on Education and International Development (ACEID 2024) organized by the International Academic Forum (IAFOR). The conference was held from March 25 to 29, 2024, at the Toshi Center Hotel in Tokyo, Japan, with both in-person and online participation.
Together, they presented the research titled “Students’ Perception and Expectations on Service Quality: An Analysis,” which explored valuable insights into the educational experience and service quality in academic institutions.
