In pursuit of Social Innovation in Academics, the Human Resource Management Program (HRMP) faculty met on March 2, 2024, at the Atrium Campus to work on the development of ETEEAP (Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program) content, particularly for the Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Human Resource Management clusters.
The meeting focused on identifying content frameworks, validation methods, and assessment strategies that would ensure the program’s quality and relevance to industry standards. These efforts form part of the College’s preparation for the CHED application of the ETEEAP BSBA-HRM program, reflecting Benilde’s ongoing commitment to lifelong learning and accessible higher education.
By recognizing professional experience as a foundation for academic advancement, the initiative reinforces Benilde’s role in creating flexible and inclusive learning pathways for working professionals seeking degree completion.
