The Giffard Masterclass, organized by World-class Hoteliers in Progress (WHIP), highlighted the rich heritage and craftsmanship of Giffard, a distinguished French company established in 1885 and known globally for its portfolio of more than 60 liqueurs and 80 syrups. Through this learning event, students gained insight into the brand’s commitment to quality, natural ingredients, and innovation in beverage production.

Attended by students from the course Bar Management (BARMGM2) and other beverage enthusiasts, the masterclass provided hands-on exposure to flavor profiling, product application, and modern mixology techniques, connecting theoretical knowledge with industry practice.

This initiative exemplifies Benilde’s dedication to experiential and globally relevant education (SDG 4), technical skills development for future professionals (SDG 8), and partnerships that foster innovation and cultural exchange (SDG 9 and SDG 17) in hospitality and beverage management.
