As part of the Innovation Office’s ongoing commitment to nurturing creativity and continuous improvement, an Innovation Workshop was held last April 23, 2025, at the Ideation Room, Atrium Building.
The session brought together 26 Benildean associates and was facillitated by Ms. Lea Castillo, as esteemed external partner known for her expertise in innovation strategy and collaborative design thinking.
This initiative reflects our drive to empower associates as agents of positive change — equipping them with the mindset and tools to bring fresh ideas to life across the institution.
