The Fashion Design and Merchandising (FDM) Program recently conducted an International Educational Trip from July 5–15, 2024, in Milan, Italy, offering students a firsthand experience of the global fashion landscape.
A highlight of the trip was a 5-day masterclass at Istituto Secoli, where participants had the opportunity to learn from industry experts, deepen their technical skills, and gain exposure to international fashion practices.
The trip engaged Benilde students and faculty, providing a unique platform to broaden perspectives, inspire creativity, and strengthen professional development in the field of fashion design.
Through initiatives like this, the FDM program continues to prepare students to excel in the global fashion industry while fostering a deeper understanding of international trends, craftsmanship, and innovation.
