Its Creative Cocktail Competition serves as a nationwide platform for Hospitality Management students to showcase their skills in mixology and beverage innovation.
Participants develop original cocktail recipes using Emperador Light or Original, demonstrating creativity, technical precision, and understanding of flavor balance. The program provides significant financial support, awarding a ₱100,000 scholarship to the student winner and a matching ₱100,000 institutional grant to enhance the winning school’s beverage program and facilities.
