The Center for Restorative Discipline (CRD) under the Lasallian Mission and Student Life Division is mandated to promote restorative practices through discipline, educate the stakeholders of the guidelines and policies and assist in the holistic development of all the members of the community. During the 3rd term, AY 23-24, the CRD advocacy focused on Health and Wellness-an initiative that reminds Benildeans that what we take in—physically, mentally, and emotionally—affects how we show up every day. The activity aims to: understand the importance of healthy habits, sleep, nutrition, and balance in managing stress and sustaining energy, discover practical ways to take care of their bodies—physically, mentally, and emotionally—even amid academic and personal pressures and commit to at least one personal wellness action plan that promotes a healthier, more mindful Benildean lifestyle. The activity was entitled “Talk on Holistic Health Leads To Positive Behavior’” last July 3, 2024 at 10:30 am – 12:00 nn at Room M302 Taft Campus. Dr. Alfonso Lagaya, MD is the main resource person of the event.
