CARVE: Charting Academic Roads for a Visionary Education

The Center for Faculty Advancement – Curriculum Unit (CFAd–CU) conducted CARVE (Charting Academic Roads for a Visionary Education), a strategic writeshop that guided academic leaders in refining their Vision and Mission statements and mapping curriculum pathways toward innovative and future-ready education.

The different sessions brought together representatives from the School of Hotel, Restaurant, and Institution Management (SHRIM), School of Arts, Culture, and Performance (SACP), School of Management and Information Technology (SMIT), and School of Diplomacy and Governance (SDG). Through collaborative reflection and analysis, participants redefined their academic directions to ensure responsiveness to institutional goals, national development priorities, and industry needs.

CARVE continues to strengthen Benilde’s commitment to delivering transformative and inclusive education, empowering programs to carve a clear, visionary path toward lifelong learning and global relevance.
