The Theophilo Area of the School of Multidisciplinary Studies held the first run of the BIBCRED (Bible and the Church-Credit) Faith Formation Program for all BICSEM1 students who graduated from De La Salle Senior High School on 21 October and 25 November 2023,
facilitated by Br. Mike Valenzuela, FSC, the sessions deepened students’ understanding of the Lasallian Prayer, connecting it with Scripture and highlighting its role in the Lasallian-Benildean identity and faith life. Successful completion of this non-academic, seminar-type program allows eligible students to earn credit for the 3-unit BICHECO (Bible and the Church) course, while nurturing a more substantial commitment to Lasallian values and spirituality.
