SDEAS-CDEAF commits itself to helping Deaf students develop self-esteem, and acquire knowledge, skills, attitudes, and values necessary to achieve their educational and life goals by deepening their faith, building up their self-confidence, self-determination and concern for others. Guided by the Benilde Formation Framework, the Lasallian Guiding Principles anchored to the Catholic Social Teachings and the DLS-CSB Mission Vision, CDEAF works towards the College’s aspiration that all students including the Deaf to have a holistic development through the formation of students’ character and instilling discipline in them to develop the expected Lasallian Core Values through the Benildean Expressions. It is a workshop for SDEAS students to be facilitated by Benildean formators.
The workshop aims to explain the Benildean Expressions and how the students can apply them in their student life. The workshop is held regularly every year for all Deaf students.
