The Service-Learning Unit, represented by Ms. Joyce Camille Dominguez and Ms. Jona Hermoso, together with the Instruction Unit, Ms. Jhoanna Tacorda and Ms. Angeline Estrella, facilitated a Faculty Retooling session attended by 40 faculty members from MMPUBLI, INDEXHI, REPMANS, SDG, SDEAS, and Benilde Antipolo. The session featured speakers Mr. Jeremiah Adriano and Nurse Mia Alloda.
The retooling aimed to refresh mentors on Service-Learning concepts, share best practices, provide basic emergency response training, and offer guidance on supporting students with specific needs. The session enhanced the faculty’s capacity to effectively engage students in Service-Learning activities while ensuring safe, inclusive, and meaningful learning experiences.
