An Orientation on RA 11313
As part of the College’s commitment to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for the members of the Benildean Community, a series of orientation on RA 11313, also known as Safe Spaces Act or the Bawal Bastos Law, were conducted for students and associates. The resource speaker, Atty. Jansen A. San Juan, is a certified member and part of the resource pool of the CALABARZON GAD-NEDA and National GAD – Philippine Commission on Women.
The sessions were held at Benilde Antipolo Campus last March 8, 2024 and July 12, 2024, for associates and students, respectively.
Both men and women must have equality, security, and safety not only in private but also on the streets, public spaces, online, workplaces, and educational and training institutions.
