On May 11–12, 2024, the Bachelor of Science in Information Systems (BS-IS) and Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity (BS-CSEC) programs of the School of Management and Information Technology – Analytics, Computing, and IT (SMIT-ACI) Cluster held a joint teambuilding activity at the Jjimjbang Hotel. The event brought together faculty members from both programs for a two-day session focused on collaboration, planning, and community building.

The teambuilding served as both a strategic and social gathering. During the first day, participants engaged in a productive discussion on program updates, highlighting the current status, opportunities, and challenges of the ISP and CSEC programs. One of the key agenda items was the planning and revision of the curriculum for Academic Year 2024–2025, ensuring that both programs remain aligned with industry standards and responsive to emerging technological trends.
The second part of the activity centered on fellowship and camaraderie, as faculty members shared meals and enjoyed a night of fun and relaxation through food and videoke sessions. This informal setting fostered stronger interpersonal relationships and reinforced the collaborative spirit that drives both academic programs.

The BS-IS and BS-CSEC Joint Teambuilding exemplified Benilde’s commitment to nurturing a positive, collaborative, and forward-looking academic community—one that values teamwork as much as innovation and academic excellence.
