The 18th Manila Foods and Beverages Exposition (MAFBEX) gathered industry leaders, hospitality professionals, and aspiring students in a grand showcase of culinary innovation and excellence. Representing the De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde School of Hotel, Restaurant, and Institution Management (SHRIM), the Young Hoteliers’ Exposition (YHE) Team, faculty, and students actively participated in competitions and exhibitions that highlighted Benildean creativity, professionalism, and passion for the industry.

Throughout the five-day event, the Benilde SHRIM community demonstrated expertise across various activities—ranging from barista and bartending contests to kitchen design showcases and sustainable food presentations. MAFBEX 2025 served not only as a platform for skill development but also as a testament to Benilde’s commitment to experiential learning and industry collaboration, preparing students to become leaders in the field of hospitality and tourism management.
