The event took place on November 18, 2023, at the 12th Floor, The Loop, Design and Arts Campus, featuring nine SDEAS alumni who served as Deaf tour guides. The Department of Tourism – Philippines trained the 9 Deaf Tour Guides of Deafinite Tour Guiding Services (DTGS) on the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence facilitated by the FBSE Master Trainer Ms. Anabelle Ochoa-Moreno, at the 12th Floor, The Loop, Benilde Design and Arts Campus, last November 18, 2023.
The training aimed to equip them with ways of delivering customer service founded on Filipino Values by helping them to acquire and apply techniques of interacting with clients, optimizing sales and handling customer concerns.
