CRD launched a Gender Development advocacy campaign to promote understanding of gender equality and inclusivity within the Benildean community. Centered on the theme “Embracing Equality, Empowering Change,” the campaign encouraged students and associates to engage in learning and reflection on creating a more respectful environment. A key highlight was the first Gender Development and Women Empowerment Seminar held on March 19, 2024, at the Atrium Campus. The session, led by expert speaker Dr. Renifer Francisco, focused on practical ways to advance gender equality in Benilde. Her insights inspired both participants and leaders, including the VPLMSL and CRD Director, to strengthen gender initiatives across the institution.
