October 25, 2023, Philippine School for the Blind, Pasay City
The Service-Learning Unit, represented by Ms. Joyce Camille Dominguez and Ms. Jona Hermoso, together with representatives from PNBS and DLSU, conducted an ocular visit at the Philippine School for the Blind in Pasay City. The visit gathered five attendees and served as preparation for the upcoming visit of the UNISERVITATE representatives to the community that received the Grand Prize in 2022.
The activity aimed to provide an on-site understanding of the community and to assess the ongoing impact of the project. By revisiting the partner site, the team sought to observe how the initiatives have continued to benefit the community and to gather insights that can inform future Service-Learning engagements.
