For the third consecutive year, the School of Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management was awarded as “The Most Engaged School” by the Benilde Center for Social Action. Below are the SHRIM’s Community Engagements:
– SHRIM Gift Giving,
-Paghilom sa Pagkain Book Turnover,
-Nutrition Consultation,
-Paghilom sa Pagkain Cooking Challenge
-Paghilom sa Pagkain Within Partner Baragays,
-Culinary & Service Skills Training for the Teachers of Rafael Palma Elementary School & their Alternative Learning System (ALS) participants in preparation for their TESDA application,
-Peace and Order Training for Barangay 44
Furthermore, one of our Part Time Faculty, Ms. Athena Tiglao, received “The Most Engaged Associate” award. The Chefs in Progress (CHIP) also received recognition for their outreach programs. The awarding was held during the Saint Benilde Romançon Community Engagement Awards.
