THRIVING THRU STRESS: HOW TO MAKE STRESS YOUR FRIEND

In line with the October 10, 2023, global observance of World Mental Health Day, the Benilde Antipolo Well-being Center brought associates and students into one worthwhile learning engagement in a webinar entitled “Thriving Thru Stress: How to Make Stress Your Friend.” The session truly equipped participants with practical ways to reframe stress as an opportunity for growth rather than a burden, giving them insights into resilience, balance, and positive coping mechanisms. By creating a space for discourse and introspection, BAWC reiterated its commitment to holistic well-being and cultivates a supportive community that prioritizes mental health as everyone’s responsibility in education and daily living. In collaboration with the Psychology Society, BAWC introduced a Facebook profile picture frame campaign to further drive awareness and solidarity, urging the Benildean community to actively advocate for mental well-being both in the online and offline spaces.
