As part of Benildean Mission Week activity, the Benilde Antipolo Well-being Center (BAWC) organized Wellness Wednesday on October 25, 2024, to promote holistic health among associates.
The day began with free consultations and health checks by the School Physician, giving participants the chance to monitor their well-being and receive professional advice. In the afternoon, a lively “Get Moving for Mental Wellness” Zumba session with a Maxicare instructor encouraged everyone to stay active, relieve stress, and boost positivity.
This initiative reflects Benilde Antipolo’s commitment to caring for both body and mind, rooted in the Lasallian-Benildean values of faith, service, and communion. By promoting preventive health care, active lifestyles, and supportive spaces for wellness, the program fosters a healthier and more inclusive community.
The event was made possible through the collaboration of the Benilde Antipolo Well-being Center and School Health Services.
