On November 24, 2023, during the college break, the team conducted Data Privacy and Security Awareness Training for Students, a vital component of our cybersecurity plan. The data privacy training, led by Atty. Armee Javellana of RMCO, and the security awareness training conducted by Justin Pineda of SPaCE, aimed to enhance individuals’ understanding and consciousness regarding the importance of safeguarding sensitive information and digital assets, as well as recognizing potential security risks. Accredited by CSBLIFE, CSBGRAD, and SSLIFE, the event garnered participation from over 530 individuals.
