This program conducted every term aims to help the faculty in terms of classroom management, behavior management, and other concerns that will equip us to manage and support our students to maximize their potential. Our goal is to help each other, brainstorm possible creative ideas and solutions, and be more consistent in dealing with our students. In this way, we can guide our students to become future leader advocates. Topics discussed in this session focused on the reasons for inappropriate behaviors, accommodation, modification and other classroom management concerns.
