Benilde Helpdesk Upgrade
This project aims to upgrade and migrate the existing WordPress-powered Support Candy ticketing system to Zendesk-Omnichannel. The migration aims to improve ticket management, enhance customer support capabilities, and facilitate seamless multichannel communication. Throughout the transition, as part of the setup and configuration process, the support team received training on utilizing Zendesk Omnichannel effectively. The new Helpdesk system was fully operational and ready to serve as of October 2, 2023.
