DFA-FSI Ambassadors’ Lecture Series: 55 Years of PHL-SG Friendship

Charting the Path Forward: Celebrating 55 Years of Enduring Friendship and Exploring New Horizons in Singapore-Philippines Bilateral Relations 

H.E. Constance See Sin Yuan, Ambassador of Singapore to the Philippines, delivered a lecture in the second installment of the Ambassador’s Lecture Series (ALS) organized by the DFA-Foreign Service Institute’s (FSI). This event was conducted on 26 January 2024 in the Carlos P. Romulo Library at the Department of Foreign Affairs.

Her lecture focused on the dynamic and long-standing partnership between the two countries, which withstood the challenges resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic. As a fellow ASEAN member state and a responsible international actor, Singapore assisted the Philippines through this difficult moment through repatriation initiatives and generous supplies of high grade medical equipment.

Dr. Gary Ador Dionisio was in attendance on behalf of SDG to reinforce Benilde’s commitment to its partnership with the DFA-FSI.
