On March 22, 2024, the Benilde Antipolo Lobby served as the venue for an insightful activity focused on assessing the viability and potential success of organizing and hosting events, particularly those led by business students.
The event aimed to provide participants with a hands-on understanding of what it takes to plan and manage successful campus activities—from conceptualization to execution. Students explored key aspects such as event feasibility, risk management, and logistical planning, while also identifying potential challenges and opportunities that may arise in organizing large-scale events.
