The School of Professional and Continuing Education (SPaCE) officially launched the Executive Diploma in Diplomacy and Governance (EDDG) for Academic Year 2023-2024. The program is designed to equip professionals and emerging leaders with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the evolving landscape of diplomacy, governance, and ethical leadership.

The Diploma Program offers a comprehensive learning experience that bridges theory and practice. Developed by SPaCE in collaboration with the School of Diplomacy and Governance (SDG), it features a dynamic curriculum that prepares learners for leadership roles in government, international relations, and public service.
Participants engage in modules such as Public Policy, Good Governance and Transformative Leadership, Diplomacy and International Relations, Program Development and Project Management for Government and Non-Government Organizations, and Diplomatic Skills and Protocol. Each session fosters collaboration and critical thinking, nurturing leaders committed to transparency, accountability, and integrity.
The launch marked an inspiring beginning—setting the stage for a transformative learning journey for future cohorts. This milestone reflects SPaCE’s dedication to delivering relevant, high-quality education that empowers professionals to make a meaningful impact in their respective fields.

Through the Executive Diploma in Diplomacy and Governance, SPaCE supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education) by promoting lifelong learning opportunities, and SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions) by developing ethical and capable leaders who strengthen institutions, foster peace, and uphold good governance. The program reflects Benilde’s commitment to forming leaders who serve with integrity, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility to the common good.
