The New Faculty Academic Orientation conducted by CFAd-Instruction Unit introduces newly hired educators to the College’s academic culture and key practices. The session provides an overview of the College’s academic programs, institutional policies, and support services designed to guide and empower Benildean faculty members in their roles. Emphasizing the core values of inclusion and innovation, the orientation equips participants to create engaging, learner-centered experiences and contribute to a future-ready community. Through this program, new faculty also build connections with colleagues and academic units, fostering collaboration and a shared commitment to continuous learning and excellence in the Benildean academic environment.
