The Human Resource Management Program (HRMP) faculty conducted a Mock Interview activity at Lourdes School Mandaluyong on April 5, 2024, engaging Senior High School students from various institutions.
This initiative provided participants with hands-on experience in professional communication, interview preparation, and self-presentation, while also introducing them to the Human Resource Management discipline as an alternative and rewarding business career path. Many students who previously viewed Business Management as their main choice discovered that HRM aligns with their skills and aspirations.
Faculty members received positive feedback from students and teachers alike, underscoring the value of such engagements in broadening career awareness, nurturing confidence, and strengthening Benilde’s outreach to future business leaders.
