WORKTIFIED, held on April 2, 2024, at the Ideation Hall, Atrium Campus, is a preparatory program for On-the-Job Training (OJT) designed to equip SMIT students with essential professional and workplace skills. While open to all SMIT degree programs, it serves as a required course for Human Resource Management majors prior to their OJT placement.
The program aims to develop world-ready students by guiding them through resume writing, professional communication, workplace culture, and well-being practices. Through interactive discussions and practical exercises, participants gain the confidence and competence needed to transition smoothly into industry settings.
