The Human Resource Management Program (HRMP) has been tasked with developing an Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP), to be deputized by CHED. This initiative aims to provide a pathway for recognizing prior learning and professional experience, enabling qualified individuals to earn academic credit and ultimately a formal degree.

The process began with the presentation of the proposed program to the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs (OVCA) on February 8, 2024, for review, feedback, and guidance. HRMP faculty are actively engaged in designing and structuring the ETEEAP program, ensuring it meets regulatory standards while addressing the learning needs of professionals seeking flexible and accelerated educational opportunities. The program remains under development, reflecting the institution’s commitment to academic innovation and lifelong learning.
