The Simulation Exercise on HBR Cases, conducted by Ms. Denise Lau, Regional Director of Harvard Business Publishing-Education, on January 17, 2024, at HDR-A, AKIC Campus, aimed to elevate instructional delivery by immersing educators and learners in real-world business scenarios. Using Harvard Business Review (HBR) cases and simulation-based learning, participants engaged in hands-on exercises that strengthened critical thinking, decision-making, collaboration, and problem-solving skills within a safe and interactive environment.
Through guided reflection and feedback, participants gained valuable insights into addressing complex challenges, making informed business decisions, and applying theories to dynamic contexts — bridging the gap between academic learning and industry practice.
