The Operations Planning and Budgeting Write shop, initiated by the Office of the President, brought together members of the LME Cluster for a two-day collaborative learning session held on November 22–23, 2023, at the 2F Ideation Room, The Atrium at Benilde.
The activity provided a dynamic platform for faculty members to exchange insights, align strategies, and enhance their understanding of management processes. By engaging in shared planning and reflective discussions, participants strengthened their capacity to integrate effective management practices into academic operations.
