The Human Resource Management Program (HRMP) Chairperson, Ms. Peter Cayayan, together with selected students, participated in the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) Annual Conference held from October 25 to 27, 2023, in Cebu City.
The conference provided an enriching platform for networking, professional learning, and industry-academe collaboration, allowing participants to engage with leading HR practitioners, business executives, and thought leaders. This engagement enhanced the participants’ understanding of emerging HR trends, workforce strategies, and ethical leadership practices that are shaping the future of people management.
By aligning academic learning with real-world industry practices, the participation of Benilde’s HRMP faculty and students contributes to the development of competent, values-driven, and future-ready professionals.
