Deaf Benildean Sports Team (DBST) Training & Games

The DBST Training promotes good health and well-being by encouraging Deaf students to engage in sports such as basketball and volleyball. Through regular physical activity, teamwork, and discipline, students develop strength, coordination, and resilience. The program fosters a balanced lifestyle that supports physical fitness, emotional regulation, and community belonging, empowering Deaf students to recognize the importance of maintaining both body and mind in good condition.

The DBST Games foster inclusion and equality by bringing together Deaf and hearing students and associates in friendly yet competitive sporting events. Through active recreation, participants experience the value of teamwork, respect, and perseverance. These games not only enhance physical health but also build emotional resilience, confidence, and a strong sense of community belonging, reflecting the holistic approach to health and well-being upheld by Benilde SDEAS.
