Benilde hosts the Game Developers Association of the Philippines (GDAP) Academic Roadshow
On September 20, 2023, De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde hosted the GDAP Academic Roadshow from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN at the Ideation Room, 2nd Floor, Benilde Atrium.
The event featured workshops and seminars conducted by speakers from the Game Developers Association of the Philippines (GDAP) and the E-Sports Industry. It was open to both Benildean and non-Benildean students, providing valuable insights into the Game Development Industry, career opportunities in game creation, and an introduction to the growing E-Sports sector.
Among the featured speakers was Mr. Solon Chen, Vice President of GDAP.
The GDAP continues to collaborate with higher education institutions nationwide through its Academic Roadshow series, and Benilde remains a longstanding member and partner of the Association, reinforcing its commitment to advancing game development education in the Philippines.
