In September 2023, at the start of Term 1, AY 2023–2024, the Graduate School launched its first executive cohort from Adamson University’s College of Architecture. The participants, composed of Adamson faculty members, are expected to complete the program within one year.
This initiative provides architects with the opportunity to deepen their understanding of the business and management side of their profession — integrating design expertise with strategic, organizational, and leadership competencies. It marks a milestone for the SMIT Graduate Programs, opening doors for more executive education partnerships in the future.
From 12 new students in Term 1 of AY 2022–2023, the program has grown to 27 new students in Term 1 of AY 2023–2024 — a clear indication of Benilde’s expanding influence and relevance in graduate education.
The executive program underscores the College’s commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and leadership development, preparing professionals to navigate the intersection of architecture, management, and sustainable development.
